Ensure that all services provided are within the guidelines and document care in compliance with agency requirements and standards.

Ensure all weekly reports have been addressed and cleaned up (if necessary) within 48 hours of receiving reports.

Job Summary: Assesses client needs; provides substance abuse education; individual, group and family substance abuse counseling; referring clients to community resources; and case management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Be 21 Years Old
Possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D
Pass a background check and comply with drug-free workplace policy
Current driver’s license and pass MVR check
Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Computer skills a must
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. of weight
Ability to work independently
Have patience, kindness, compassion for others, and a willingness to learn
